For example, if you find research that shows it is more beneficial for the company to monitor employee performance and evaluate the top employees, you can describe the steps you would take to make this change happen. You may be researching employee performance expectations for this issue.
You should be researching credible and scholarly resources that include primary and secondary sources that support the project. The research should include articles on companies that have experienced challenges financially or have reorganized. The research must also contain a review of what the reorganization or reinvention means, what the impact is, and who is affected. The research should contrast with your own company evaluation and provide direction.
