Problem: Identifying which concepts [morality, social circumstances, economic factors and judicial bias, both conscious and unconscious] are potentially involved in an analysis of the Duty to Consult and the Honour of the Crown, use the "Realism School of Jurisprudence" and the "Originalism School of Jurisprudence" to review these Canadian legal concepts.
