The Progressive Presidents:
America, at the beginning of the twentieth century, found itself in the unenviable position of standing at a crossroads. Infighting, war, and many other problems stood in its way, and it was in dire need of a steady hand at the helm that could guide it into less turbulent waters. The Progressive Movement was gaining traction, which left the door wide open for a Progressive President, which began with Republican Theodore Roosevelt.
