Obviously, much of what we have examined over the last several weeks has been along the lines of leadership development. As such, the various theories that we have examined have been established as viable leadership styles. Of course, simply studying leadership theory and leadership styles is not enough. In this course it has been our aim to move from mere theory to real life practice.
That said, in what ways do you feel that some of these leadership styles that we have covered can be immediately applicable to your professional career? Also, which of these theories would you consider to be the most conducive to your organization and in what ways? Thoughts anyone?
