Air at 20C flows over a very large bank of 2 cm OD tubes that are kept at 100C. the air approaces at an angle of 15 degress off normal to the tubes. the tube array is staggered, with SL= 3.5 CM and ST= 2.8 cm. Find Average h on the first tubes and on the tubes deep in teh array if the air velocity is 4.3 m/s before it enters the array (Average h deep = 118 W/m squared K)
