Question: Terry Williams sustained physical injuries in an accident involving a vehicle driven by Kellie Meagher. At the time of the accident, Meagher was allegedly using a cellular phone furnished by Cingular Wireless. Williams later sued Meagher and Cingular in an Indiana court.
