adic is a sovereign wealth fund possessed by abu

ADIC is a sovereign wealth fund possessed by Abu Dhabi which is the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is completely owned and managed by the UAE. The Abu Dhabi Investment Council is financed by revenue obtained by the country's oil industry, and invests those revenues in a broad range of asset classes, involving debt, equities, infrastructure, real estate, and private equity.

Its sister concern is the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), which is also one of the world's leading sovereign wealth funds.

It was established in 2007. Whereas the fund does invest in assets across the world, the main focus of the ADIC is to invest in only Abu Dhabi's economy. Domestic assets involve investment houses, banks, and insurance companies.
