Write a 1,150 to 1,400 words analysis of Juvenile sentencing that addresses the following:
i. The effect of the Juvenile sentencing policy on all involved stakeholders
ii. The role of the courts in creating or enforcing the policy
iii. Any recommendations to change the policy and an explanation of why you would make these changes
