Assignment task: Event planning business plan.
Review all of the information in the Event planning business plan and then identify the parts of the plan (by either title ) that address the key business functions of:
- Management
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Operations; and
- Compliance & risk
Be specific and explain how they relate to each function. For example, the start-up costs summary would be part of the accounting function as it deals with the financial status and capability of the organisation.
Identify any parts of the plan that you felt didn't come under the five key functions and suggest what they could be categorized as and why you think this new category should be included as a key business function
