Accurate and well-written job descriptions are extremely important, as described on page 176. For this week, please choose a job (it could be your current, previous, or a friends job) and write a brief narrative describing the daily activities of the job, as well as the knowledge, skills, or capabilities necessary to successfully complete the job. Then, write a job description (a template from the HR Council is attached for your reference). Be sure that when you submit this assignment that it is one file but the job description begins on its own page.
