A wtp operator is trying to size a pump that takes water

A WTP Operator is trying to size a pump that takes water from a WTP holding tank and sends it to a house on a hill above the plant.  The operator's goal is to have 60 psi of water pressure entering the house. The operator knows  that the head loss (major+minor) from the holding reservoir to the pump is three times the velocity head in the 8 inch diameter pipe, and the head loss from the pump to the house is seen times the velocity head of the pipe.  If the pressure head at the inlet of the pump is -8ft and the velocity head entering the house is the same as the velocity head in the pipe at the pump, determine what pressure head is needed from the pump to achieve the operator's goal of 60 psi of water pressure.  (hint: notice the velocity head at the house is the same as the velocity head in the pipe at the pump
