The magnetic field has a magnitude of 0.65 T and is directed parallel to the normal of the loops surface. In a time of 0.18 s, one half of the loop is then folded back onto the other half. The magnitude of the average EMF induced in the loop is 0.25V.

a.) Assuming the loop is complete, in which direction will any induced current flow?

b.) Induced currents will feel magnetic forces due to the external field. During the collapse do these forces push inwards on the loop or push outwards? (Consider Lenz's Law).
