A drive-in bank can accommodate up to 7 cars on the driveway plus one car in service. If a car arrives and cannot find a space in the driveway, it drives away. The cars arrive at a rate of 9 cars per hour following a Poisson distribution. There is only one drive-in window that serves each customer on the average in 5 minutes, following an exponential distribution. The bank owner has hired you to analyze the system and would also like to know whether the current system can accommodate at least 95% of its customers. If it does not, the owner wants suggestions as on how to improve his/her service to his/her customers.
