A 90shykg jet pilot flies in a vertical loop if the jets

A 90kg jet pilot flies in a vertical loop. If the jet's speed is 1100 km/hr at the  bottom of the loop, what is the smallest radius that guarantees the acceleration of the pilot will be  less than or equal to 4.0 g's (4.0 x 9.8 m/s^2) . Assuming the pilot makes the loop with this smallest radius, what is the force of the seat on the pilot at the bottom of the circle? What is the force of the seat on the pilot at the top of the circle when he is upside down (assume his speed is the same for all points in the loop)? You may neglect friction and air resistance.Detailed solution please
