1. Very the TV receiver is switched ON firstly.
2. There is no picture just only blue retrace lines on the screen.
3. Switch OFF the receiver immediately and confirm blue retrace lines fault given TV receiver.
Check the stages of the TV Receiver:
1. First Switch 'ON' the TV receiver
