CBA – (or Collective Bargaining Agreement) is the effect of collective bargaining process.

Such agreements can be in one of the two types:

i.) Substantive agreement
ii.) Procedural agreement

Procedural agreements – They generally deal with the relationship among employers and employees to solve individual and group subjects. These are generally filed up in the company’s rule and regulation book.

Substantive agreements – This type of an agreement deals with particular subjects such as basic payment, bonus payment, and leave policy and so on.
