Interviewing technique is one the best research methodology as it not just time saving but helps target the aims efficiently. In interview approach, there exists an opportunity to mould the interview questions according to the situation. Secondly, a survey amongst customers and patients will be done. Survey is a relatively slow process but it will be effective as patients won’t be normally interested in being available for interviews. Further, the data collected from survey can be really beneficial for drawing graphs and pie charts. Lastly, a silent trend observation technique would be adopted for media coverage. It will help explore the image of hospital as well as its surroundings.
