In eukaryote cell nucleus RNA can be found dispersed in nuclear fluid, along DNA, and as the major constituent of nucleolus. In cytosol (in the eukaryotes and as well in the bacteria) RNA molecules can be found free, as structural constituent of the ribosomes (organelles which are specialized in the protein synthesis) or even allocated to them in the procedure of the making proteins. Chloroplasts and Mitochondria as well have their own RNA and DNA.
