Biotin also known as vitamin B8 is a vitamin which acts in metabolism of the amino acids and other acids. Pantothenic acid also known as vitamin B5 is imperative for aerobic cellular respiration as it acts in the transport of acetyl and acyl radicals. Biotin is formed by the bacteria which live in human digestive tube and this supply in common is enough for the body. Pantothenic and biotin acid are found in the cereals, vegetables, eggs, fish, milk and lean meat.
