Sources of Recruitment: The main sources of recruitment are internal sources and external sources:
(a) Internal Sources: It is the recruitment which occurs within the company. The different internal sources are internal advertisements, transfer, promotion and past employees.
(b) External Sources: External sources indicate the practice through which organization gets the suitable persons from outside. The different external sources are advertisement, campus recruitment, private placement agencies employment exchange, past employees and walks-ins.
