Describe Quality management system or QMS

Describe QMS: In accordance with ISO 9001:2000 a quality management system will provide your organization along with a set of processes that make sure a common sense approach to the management of your organization.

The system must ensure consistency and improvement of working practices, which in turn must provide products and services which meet customer's requirements. ISO 9000 is the most commonly utilized international standard which provides a framework for an effective quality management system.
