Lecture is defined as telling somebody about something. Lecture is given to improve the understanding of listener or to provide him the theoretical aspect of a topic. Training is fundamentally not complete without a lecture. When the trainer begins the training session by telling the processes, aim, agenda, goal, or methods that will be used in training which means the trainer is using the lecture method. It is challenging to visualize training deprived of lecture format. There are particular variations in Lecture method. Here the variation means that certain forms of lectures are cooperative while some are not.
