You are asked to research a number of community organisations (at least three) and construct a typology which demonstrates: what they do, how they approach management of the various aspects of their operations and how they demonstrate effectiveness in achieving their organisational objectives.
The typology should be accompanied by a short, critical appraisal of each approach.

Elements of Assignment 2:
1. At least 3 CBOs described with organisational facets and management approaches, using appropriate research materials which are referenced.
2. Management approaches are identified and described. The approaches are discussed in terms of how the organisations demonstrate their effectiveness.
