As the Director of Traffic Safety for your state, you have been asked to prepare a memo for the Commissioner of Transportation outlining the recent traffic crash trends and recommending how to reduce crash fatalities in your state. Your memo should be at least 250 words and at a minimum, include recent trends and make data-based recommendations. Base your response on the information in NHTSA publications 812456 and 812392 and at least one additional scholarly source.
