Because it is not possible to engage in two-way dialogue after a conversation has ended, no posts to the DB will be accepted after the end of each unit.

o Why are people fearful of change?
o As an employer, what are some ways to help employees cope with changes?
o Give an example of a time where something in your life was changing of which you were fearful.
