I agree that if the members of an organization feel invested it is more likely that the training they need to truly understand the operations of an organization will be reduced. In my current unit I have a few of each end of the spectrum, I have Airmen that truly love and care about what they do. These Airmen are self-motivated and will do the applicable research to help understand every portion of their job. When implementing change, these Airmen that are invested would strive to learn the new change and understand it when implementing it. Do you think it would cause an issue to have this type of individual in your organization?
