Paper , Term Project: Leadership Analysis (conference paper, 6 - 8 pages maximum)
This is a seminal project for this course; it should comprise all of the ideas that you have learned in this class. This task can be a group undertaking; the team is free to organize itself and/or break apart based on the desires and decisions of its members; this group is an association governing itself.
The endeavor should be an in-depth creative analysis of a leadership issue that you have personally experienced and that personally impacts you.
In your paper, please describe the case and explain how.
For example, you may select a business dilemma that you are facing at work, conduct work for a client, or select a futuristic topic of interest that personally affects you.
Apply the leadership theories, studies, knowledge, and ideas that we have discussed in this class to analyze your case. Discuss possible new findings having applied new ideas you have learned.
You are to present your capstone project to the class through a well-developed and succinct presentation (15 min: 10 min presentation, 5 min for questions and answers).
The instructor hopes that this paper is of such a high quality that it could be presented to the CEO and the Board, and possibly published in a journal, and/or presented at a management conference.
