I am working on a dissertation as you can see in the upload. its a company based project. all I need to know is how can I find the temperature of the power mosfet. manual calculation? any softwares?
if I can find the temperature then I can model this in ansys and see the temperature distribution around the whole MCM model. please help me how can I achieve the results under the operating condition mentioned in the proposal. thanks.

The aim of this project is to determine the maximum Junction temperature of 2 Silicon Carbide transistors within a microelectronics assembly (MCM - Multi Chip Module) during operation, at all temperature extremes. It will also be required to show the temperature distribution across the whole of the assembly.
