A Manager is abusive, rude and hostile to virtually every member of his department. He tells crude jokes. He tells them to any member of his department that will listen. 

He gives meager raises to his entire department. He yells at men and women equally.
He burps and passes gas in the presence of his employees. 
*He has a disgusting body odor and complains loudly about how virtually every member of his department is performing below standards.*
He recommends not a single employee for promotion in his department. He is universally hated and loathed by his employees, many of whom have resigned in disgust.
This manager is grossly overweight, unkempt and unpleasant to look at. Despite this, he complains about the physical appearance of all of his employees.

Your Assignment:??Jim Jones, Senior Vice President of Human Resources has learned of the conduct of this Manager. He has directed that you:??1. Research the "legality" of the conduct of this Manager and analyze the conduct of this Manager within the context of Risk Management theory. Specifically Mr. Jones wants to know what can and cannot be done to minimize the risks associated with this Manager's conduct to the Company.?
2. Write a Memorandum of no more than three pages (single spaced) to Mr. Jones detailing the findings of your research, consistent with risk management theory, along with your specific recommendations to reduce any legal or other risk.??3.
