PERFORMANCE REVIEW ASSESSMENT

You are to complete a formal assessment on each of your team members and the impact they have had on your development in this course. In addition, you are to provide a self-assessment of your own performance in this course and the impact you believe you had on your team members' development. This assignment has several parts.

First, you will complete the MS Excel spreadsheet (electronically), quantitatively rating yourself and each of your teammates according to the following criteria:

• Contributing to the team's work
• Interacting with teammates
• Keeping the team on track
• Expecting quality
• Having relevant knowledge, skills and abilities
• Attendance and class contribution (in quantity and quality)

HOW TO QUALITATIVELY ASSESS YOURSELF AND YOUR TEAMMATES

The qualitative analysis section has several parts.

First, offer a thoughtful, comprehensive self-analysis of your contribution to your teammates' experience in this course over the entire term. This should be focused on your support of your quantitative assessment in the spreadsheet.

Second, focus your analysis on your team members during the course of the term. Offer a comprehensive analysis of each team member with regard to their contribution to your experience in this course over the entire term. This should be focused on your support of your quantitative assessment in the spreadsheet.

List each team member (alphabetically, by last name) as a header. Include the team member's name and both the percentage and letter grade to which you assess their contribution to your experience in this course over the entire term. Use the grading scale document and descriptions posted on the course Blackboard site to guide you in your assessment. This should be focused on your support of your quantitative assessment in the spreadsheet.

For each team member, you will offer a formal narrative (1 - 2 brief but thoughtful paragraphs) on each individual member of your team, supporting your percentage and letter assessment of each team member.

Offer information as to the positive and negative impact each individual had on your development and your team's performance, its culture and deliverable work, including the case analysis assignment and the simulation assignment, as well as your assessment of the individual's contribution to the class and its discussions. Consider whether you would want to work with this person again.

Finally, offer a formal narrative (1 - 2 brief but thoughtful paragraphs) and comprehensive analysis focused on your team dynamic during the term. In doing so, consider the following:

• Was there any conflict within your team during the term?
• If so, how did the team manage it?
• Did you have a role in the conflict?

Paint me a picture of the situation overall.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
