The challenges in our health care system are vital and conflict in the workplace just increases the difficulty of getting our work accomplished. One of the most common issues in any workplace today is negativity or conflict. Looking at four pillars of a health relationship (trust, respect, support and communication), how would you as a health care leader work to minimize conflict by addressing each of the noted pillars?
