1) Of the four main types of intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets), which one is most affected by technology, and why?
2) What should a company/individual do to better protect their intellectual property?
3) How do you think the United States should handle piracy of intellectual property? How do we decide whether a given use of protected information is our right or not?
