2. State and explain the Court's ruling; and
3. State how many opinions were issued in this case and by whom?
Part 2:
Write a brief biography of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's personal life and educational experiences.
Part 3:
1. Discuss Ruth Bader Ginsburg's professional career. Make sure to discuss where she worked early in her career and why. What type of cases did she handle as an attorney?
2. Why do you think she handled these issues? Some have compared her work to that of Thurgood Marshall for the NAACP - why?
Part 4:
1. Discuss Ruth Bader Ginsburg's judicial career. How and when did she become a judge?

3. Aside from retirement, what else can cause a Supreme Court Justice to leave the Court?
4. What is the process to appoint a new Supreme Court justice if Justice Ginsburg or any other justice were to leave the Court? In your opinion, should this process be modified in any way? Why?
