The purpose of this assignment is for you to provide a reactionary response on how you have been impacted by this course in 3 key areas: (1) self-awareness (2) leadership (3) working with others. Write a two-page double spaced paper that addresses the following:
• Your understanding of self-awareness prior to starting and after completing the course.
• How your approach to leadership has been impacted through your personal self-awareness. Also share if the impact is a result of the course.
• How your approach to working with others has been impacted through your personal self-awareness. Also share if the impact is a result of the course.
• How your individual and organizational view on matters of difference in values, beliefs and culture has been impacted through your personal self-awareness. Also share if the impact is a result of the course.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
