Assignment: Intro To Family Counseling
Each group member should choose one of the treatment models listed below. Make sure that all of the models are covered by the group; this may require group members to cover more than one model or for more than one student to choose the same model. The following are the 4 models:
• Strategic family therapy
• Structural family therapy
• Bowens family therapy
• Experiential family therapy
Each student should then individually write 1-2 pages describing in detail the elements of the student's chosen treatment model and identifying situations in which the model would be used.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
