Monitoring and Controlling
You are to monitor and control the project identified in assignment 1. In a 2-4 page paper (excluding title and reference page) respond to the following.
• Describe how you plan to monitor and control your project teams progress (identified in Week 2 Individual assignment)
• What tools will you use? Why? Identify at least one challenge you may be faced with and rationalize how you plan to address these challenges.
• Update your Project Management Plan. (Rename it v2 and highlight the changes in the document in color). Attach the PMP to the end of your paper.
• Also, discuss how you will use quality management to help you manage the project cost, scope and schedule.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
