Case Scenario:
In the Tyco v. Dennis Kozlowski, we can see how Mr. Kozlowski considered of the world's best managers is accused of stealing millions of dollars from the corporation that trusted him with their business. Mr. Kozlowski gave himself millions of dollars in unauthorized bonuses, gave millions of dollars to other employees in unauthorized bonuses, purchased various properties with corporate funds, not only that, he made improvements to a lot of these properties using unauthorized corporate funds. I'm only mentioning some of the illegal actions of this individual because there are a lot of them that he is accused of. Mr. Kozlowski played the company for years without getting caught by anyone, I wonder, how is this possible? Did the company knew about it and gave him a break for a while? Were they setting him up? Was he that much of an asset to the company that they were allowing this? He had a lot of other high ranking officers under his care with his bonuses, forgiving loans, and properties, but nobody stood up to stop this thief? I am really impress with this person, even though what he did is completely immoral, wrong, and illegal he pulled it off for years.
