Calculate the specific heat of the iron

Please help me answer these questions! Thank you inadvance!!
1. When a 9.00 g sample of metal is heated to 100.0 C, anddropped into 20.0 mLs of water at 25.00 C, the final temperature is28.29 C.

a. Calculate the specific heat of the metal, assuming perfectinsulation and a calorimeter heat capacity of zero.

b. Estimate the atomic weight of the element and guess itsidentity

2. 30.0 g of iron filings at a temperature of 80.0 C are mixedwith 40.0 g of water at a temperature of 22.0 C in a styrofoam cup.The resulting temperature of the mixture is 26.28 C. Calculate the specific heat of the iron.

3. If we had not drawn te temperature graph to help determineout "real" highest temperature, would out specific heat have beenhigher or lower? Explain in few words.
