High speed TTL and low power TTL
State some of the differences between high speed TTL and low power TTL?
Expert
In high speed TTL, the power dissipation will be quite high (at least around 22mW) and the propagation delay will be low (approximately 6ns). Some of the examples are as follows:74H00, 74H01, 74H02, and so on.
In the low power TTL unlike the above, the power dissipation will be low (at least around 1mW) and the propagation delay will be high (around 35ns). Some of the examples are 74L00, 74L01, 74L02, and so on.
