The unitary approach thinks that the employers and employees distribute the same objectives, purposes and interests. They work hand in hand for the development of the organizations. But, this method expects faithfulness from the employees.

From employer’s viewpoint, unitary approach states:

- The recruitment policies must be exercised to merge the efforts. They must inspire the employees.

- The objectives of the organization must be discussed through the employees.

- An incentive system must exist to secure faithfulness and commitment from the employees

- Line managers ought to take the responsibility of their team.

- Staff management arguments come up from lack of information and insufficient presentation of management policies.

- Personal objectives of the employees must be included with the overall objectives of the organization.
