(i) To teach the new candidates the basic understanding and skill they need for a smart performance of definite tasks. (ii) To help employees to do a job more efficiently in their current position by exposing them to the new concepts and information. (iii) To make a second line of capable officers and train them to occupy more responsible spots. (iv) To make the minds of senior managers wider by offering them with opportunities for an inter-change of experiences inside and outside the organization. (v) To impart customer education for the purpose of meeting the training needs of Corporations which deal mainly with the public.
