Style of the leadership refers to leader behaviors leadership style are pattern of behavior which a leader adopted. In the behaviors of the followers in a origination context
Leader style is divided into five types
1) style based on the amount of the authority retained by the leader
2) style based on the relative emphasis placed on the task to perform the placed on the people
3) style based on the assumption about people made by the leader
4) like a four style
5) Style based on the leadership style
