The measures which can be used to evaluate various sources of recruitment are:

1. Time interval between Requisition and Placement: The fundamental data needed to guess the time interval are the time-lapse data.

2. Yield Ratios:  These ratios inform us about the quantity of leads/contacts required to create a given amount of hires in a given time.

3. Employee Attitude Studies: These studies attempt to find out the responses of present employees to both outside and inside sources of recruitment.

4. Correlation Studies: These studies let us know about the degree of relationship which exists among various sources of recruitment.
