Consumer Protection Act made in the year 1986 which can be defines deficiency as “any responsibility, faultiness, limitation or insufficiency in the quality, nature as well as method of presentation which is essential to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any type of facility”. The facility that involves any type of service which would not be reduced and can be of free of cost.
