The basic objectives of Human Resource Management are:
(i) To make sure useful consumption of human resources and all other organizational resources will be well utilized by the human resources.
(ii) To create and sustain an sufficient organizational structure of relationship among all the people of an organization by dividing of tasks into jobs, function and positions and by defining the duties, authority and accountability for each job.
(iii) To produce highest development of human resources within the firm by giving opportunities for progress to employees by imparting education and training.
(iv) Maintaining respect for human beings by giving various welfare facilities and services to the personnel.
(v) To make sure reconciliation of person/group objective with that of the organization in such a way that the people feel a sense of obligation and faithfulness towards it.
(vi) To recognize and fulfill the needs of persons by providing various kind of reward like monetary and non-monetary.
