Read the Training Objectives Scoring Guide to ensure that you will meet the requirements for this assignment.
Read the Results of the Needs Assessment for DNA, linked in the Resources.
Complete the Training Objectives Template in the Resources.
Create a succinct definition of the training program, as well as a meaningful title.
Translate the identified performance gaps into meaningful training objectives. Your objectives should be specific to all the different roles and departments identified in the analysis.
Suggest training implications and describe how each program objective relates to the learning theories presented in Chapter 4 of the Noe text.
