Assume you have been asked to speak at the next company leadership meeting.
Your task is to explain what learning enterprises are, and why becoming one is an important element of achieving competitive advantage.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for your meeting and include the following components:
• Explain how and why knowledge is a key enterprise asset today
• Explain the concept of the learning organization
• Describe what unique enterprise cultural features are required to become a learning organization
• Describe what unique leadership attributes are required to facilitate the development of a learning organization.
• Describe what the benefits to the enterprise of becoming a learning organization are.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12-15slides (with separate title and reference slides)
Minimum Notes Length: 100 words for each slide
Your synthesis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
