Your post reminded me of another aspect of hr services

Question: Your post reminded me of another aspect of HR services. Human Resources uses systems called HRMS systems, which are either computer programs loaded on to the network system for an organization or can also be a HR service provider that some organizations use as a third-party provider. These systems are great for the use of so many different processes, which can do anything from payroll, profit and loss tracking for various departments, compliance and other training functions, and many other needed practices. In one of the other HR courses that I teach here at the University, we go in depth with these different systems and the various functions as well as an assignment to help design and develop your own HRMS system for the purpose of a researched organization. Have any of you ever seen or used one of these types of systems? If so, what are some of the benefits that you have seen as well as things that you could possibly want to change or improve? Why?
