Your poems should, likewise, be engaged with a political or social issue of your own choosing. Your first poem should be explicit and direct - ie., a reader of it should know clearly what your "position" on the issue is. Your second poem, however, should be more oblique or indirect so that a reader might not immediately or necessarily be able to determine the "position" the poet or the poem takes on this issue.
