In this assignment, you will continue planning your instructional website, while justifying the evaluation plan for your instructional website and the design process you will use to create it. Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read the Week 2 Instructor Guidance page and review the Grading Rubric.

Your plan should address both formative and summative forms of assessment. Explain your ideal plan in detail making sure to justify your choices.

The Instructional Website Evaluation Plan

Must include a separate title page with the following:

Title of paper

Student's name

Course name and number

Instructor's name

Date submitted
